System Operator

About the role
The System Operator ensures smooth execution of warehouse transactions and supports daily logistics operations. This role is essential for maintaining accurate stock records and facilitating the flow of goods across multiple warehouses.
Key responsibilities
- Execute transactions such as transfers, orders, label and invoice printing, and dispatching.
- Resolve minor warehouse management issues to prevent discrepancies.
- Prepare daily journals with end‑of‑day sales reports for all warehouses and sales teams.
- Adjust stock levels after approval from commercial stakeholders for marketing or inventory purposes.
- Print barcodes for HOLDAL’s products to support operational processes.
Required profile
- High school diploma or technical degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics.
- Fluent in Arabic and basic knowledge of English.
- Strong attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
