Supply Chain Operations Analyst

About the role

The Supply Chain Operations Analyst supports daily supply chain execution by focusing on data analysis, reporting, and operational follow‑up. The role ensures data accuracy, monitors performance, and provides analytical insights to improve efficiency and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data (orders, inventory, service levels, costs) and produce regular performance reports.
• Track KPIs, identify gaps, inefficiencies, and performance trends.
• Support local distribution operations, including product allocation and issue resolution with sales.
• Assist the local procurement cycle: follow up on purchase order confirmations, support product recall activities, and review weekly procurement reports.
• Maintain data accuracy in ERP and reporting tools; prepare ad‑hoc analyses for business decisions.
• Build and maintain weekly/monthly dashboards covering OTIF, inventory levels, delivery performance, and freight cost tracking.
• Clean, validate, and ensure integrity of operational data within ERP and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or supply chain analytics.
• Detail‑oriented, structured, proactive with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, dashboard creation).
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and Qlik (advantage).
