Structural Engineer – High‑Rise Towers

About the role

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join a major high‑rise tower project in Dubai. The role involves design validation, construction‑stage engineering, and multidisciplinary coordination to ensure successful delivery of the high‑rise development.

Key responsibilities

• Support structural design validation for the high‑rise tower.
• Perform construction‑stage engineering activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and conduct technical reviews.
• Contribute to the overall delivery of the high‑rise project.

Required profile

• Dubai Municipality License (Unlimited Floors).
• Proven experience in high‑rise/tower structural design.
• Strong hands‑on experience with post‑tension systems and PT slab design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering from a US or UK university.
• Experience on reinforced concrete high‑rise developments (40+ storeys).
• Background in a main contractor environment.
• UAE/GCC project experience.
