About the role

We are seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations of our CrossFit Sportswear retail outlet. The role combines team leadership, customer service excellence, and inventory oversight to drive sales and maintain brand standards.

Key responsibilities

Supervise daily store operations.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Monitor staff performance and attendance.
Manage inventory and visual merchandising.
Ensure accurate cash handling and store compliance.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Sales‑driven with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience in sportswear or fashion retail is a plus.
