Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will lead daily operations of a Tawfeer retail outlet, ensuring the store is visually merchandised, compliant with brand standards, and delivers the highest level of customer service. This role combines sales leadership, inventory oversight, and staff development to drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and uphold Tawfeer’s retail policies and procedures.
• Achieve annual sales targets and cascade goals to the team on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Oversee cash handling, payment systems, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Maintain accurate product labeling, pricing, and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory, store layout, facilities, and showroom renovations to optimise safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate stock distribution, transportation, and receiving processes.
• Provide on‑the‑job training for junior staff on customer service and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance and issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in retail store management or a comparable role.
