Sport Account Manager

About the role

The Sport Account Manager will join Capelli Sport’s established sales team, overseeing a portfolio of sports organisations across Lebanon and the wider region. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth order processing, project delivery and high‑level client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities for accounts within your assigned book of business.
• Support Sales Executives by preparing presentations, proposals and reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfil client requests and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor contracts to understand deliverables and club benefits.
• Develop deep product knowledge of the Capelli Sport catalog and available inventory.
• Guide customers on product options that best meet their needs.
• Oversee Sales Support agents handling sales orders.
