About the role

We are seeking a passionate and professional Spa Therapist to join our team and deliver exceptional wellness experiences to our guests. The role involves providing high‑quality spa treatments while ensuring comfort, safety and satisfaction throughout the visit.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a range of spa treatments in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.
• Welcome guests, explain treatments and facilities, and recommend suitable products and services.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, linens and amenities.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across the spa.
• Maintain accurate guest records while protecting client confidentiality.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Promote spa treatments, retail products and hotel facilities to enhance the guest experience.
• Follow spa policies, health & safety procedures and company service standards at all times.
• Support daily spa operations including opening, closing, inventory monitoring and shift handovers.
• Collaborate with the spa team to deliver a personalized, five‑star guest experience.
