Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests at the Health Club and Spa. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist visitors with their needs, and ensure a seamless experience that meets the brand’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all visitors warmly, invite them to sign the consultation form, and provide lockers, towels, bathrobes, and information about services.
• Promote membership options, give tours of the Wellness Centre, and assist new members with application forms.
• Handle all cash‑register transactions, retail sales, and daily spa revenue, and balance the register at shift end.
• Answer incoming calls, manage bookings, cancellations, and forward inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Liaise with therapists for appointment coordination and maintain accurate booking records.
• Thank guests on departure, encourage repeat visits, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Complete hand‑over reports for the next shift, both written and verbal.

Required profile

• Education: Business Administration, Personal Assistant or Secretary certificate (advantage); sales or customer‑service training (advantage); knowledge of natural therapies (preferable).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of reception experience in an international spa environment.
• Languages: Excellent oral and written skills in the local language; good English proficiency.
