About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Consultant to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing top talent for internal roles across the company, ensuring a high‑quality recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize candidate selection after thorough reviews by the recruitment assistance team.
• Conduct comprehensive screening calls and detailed interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
• Evaluate technical skills through tailored assessments and collaborate with hiring managers on candidate suitability.
• Draft and present offers, oversee onboarding, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Use innovative sourcing techniques, manage multiple roles simultaneously, and track recruitment metrics to improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year’s experience in recruitment, preferably high‑volume agency.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail, speed, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
