Solar Technician – PV Systems Maintenance & Installation

About the role

The Solar Technician will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of photovoltaic (PV) systems. Working on‑site, you will ensure that solar installations operate safely and efficiently while providing clear communication with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PV systems, including panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting structures.
• Install, commission, and test solar PV equipment according to technical specifications.
• Prepare accurate service reports and technical documentation after each visit.
• Explain system operation and maintenance procedures to clients in a clear manner.
• Conduct performance testing to verify system output and reliability.
• Utilize company vehicles for travel to client sites.

Required profile

• Technical baccalaureate in electronics or electrical installations.
• 3–5 years of experience with electrical or solar installations.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Professional attitude on‑site, punctuality, and good teamwork.
