Software Sales Associate (Business Development)

About the role

Upthyme is looking for a motivated Software Sales Associate to join its Business Development team. In this entry‑level position you will help grow the company’s client base by initiating and managing structured conversations with potential customers about our innovative software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Conduct structured business conversations to qualify leads and book quality meetings.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools and Google Sheets.
• Follow up consistently to keep prospects engaged.
• Collaborate with the closing team to ensure meetings translate into successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management or a similar discipline.
• Fluent in English; Arabic required, French a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a presentable demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of Google Sheets for pipeline tracking.
