Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will work full‑time on‑site at The Skin Clinic in Beirut, creating and publishing engaging content that promotes the clinic’s services, doctors, and brand. The role combines content creation, video production, community management, and website upkeep to boost online visibility and patient engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish photo and video content across the clinic’s and doctors’ social media accounts.
• Capture high‑quality photos and videos of treatments and procedures while ensuring patient consent and privacy.
• Edit short‑form video content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Maintain social media calendars, monitor audience engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
• Analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report insights.
• Collaborate with medical, administrative, and design teams to ensure accurate, compliant messaging.
• Manage and update website content via a CMS (e.g., WordPress) to keep information current and engaging.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and propose creative ideas to enhance online presence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably within healthcare, dermatology, beauty, or wellness.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating content planning, filming, editing, and publishing for target audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
