About the role
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage Bioskinspa’s online communities, engage with customers, and strengthen the brand’s presence across all communication channels. This role ensures a positive customer experience while supporting marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers on social media platforms and communication channels.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Handle appointment bookings through social media and WhatsApp.
- Monitor community engagement and gather customer feedback.
- Support marketing campaigns and engagement activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in community management or social media.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and engagement strategies.
- Professional, organized, and customer‑oriented attitude.
