Social Media Executive – Lebanon & GCC

About the role

MaSs Production is looking for a Social Media Executive to lead and grow its digital presence across Lebanon and the GCC. You will showcase the company’s events, exhibitions, productions and services through engaging content while collaborating with local and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage MaSs' social media accounts for Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Develop and maintain regional content calendars in coordination with the Lebanon and GCC teams.
• Create content ideas covering events, exhibitions, projects, services, company news and behind‑the‑scenes activities.
• Write clear, engaging captions in Arabic and English.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers and videographers to produce high‑quality assets.
• Publish live coverage, stories, reels and short‑form videos during events.
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement and industry trends.
• Support paid social campaigns, brand‑awareness and lead‑generation activities.
• Track performance, prepare regular reports and recommend improvements.
• Maintain an organized digital content library for ongoing and completed projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience managing professional social media accounts.
• Excellent writing skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to coordinate remotely with teams across GCC markets.
• Creative, organized, responsive and comfortable working during live events.
• Experience in events, exhibitions, production, hospitality or creative industries is a plus.
