Social Media Executive

About the role

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the brand’s presence across social platforms. You will create engaging content, execute social strategies, monitor performance, and build meaningful connections with the online community. The role requires a strong grasp of digital trends, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering impactful social experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of social media strategies.
• Develop and maintain content calendars.
• Monitor, engage with, and report on social media performance.
• Handle community management, page monitoring and posting across platforms.
• Assist in content creation, ideation and occasional execution.
• Support pitch preparation and brainstorming sessions.
• Coordinate campaign roll‑outs from planning to publishing.
• Conceptualise both on‑ground and online brand activations.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure brand alignment.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends, tools and best practices.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content, including text, photos and videos.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in social media or related fields.
• Proactive, creative and results‑driven mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Continuous learning attitude and research capability.
• Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Photography and basic design awareness (Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.
