Social Media Executive

About the role

WonderEight is seeking a Social Media Executive to join its dynamic social media team. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager and cross‑functional teams to develop and execute engaging social media strategies for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Produce and curate compelling content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
• Monitor brand mentions, comments, and inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop visual assets, including graphics and videos.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
• Support the planning and execution of paid social advertising campaigns.
• Conduct social listening and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably within an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
• Experience using analytics platforms like Sprout Social.
