CRO Analyst

About the role

The CRO Analyst will work closely with the CRO Manager to analyze user behavior, run experiments, and implement strategies that improve conversion rates and overall user experience across digital properties.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CRO Manager to develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategies.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, Clarity, Hotjar, and others.
• Conduct A/B, multivariate, and other tests to optimize landing pages, forms, and checkout processes.
• Monitor test results, derive insights, and make data‑driven recommendations.
• Support implementation of recommended changes across digital properties.
• Generate reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Work with marketing, design, and development teams to align CRO efforts with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Convert) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio Code, Looker Studio or Power BI for data visualization.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles, SEO basics, and Agile project management tools (e.g., Monday).
