Social Media Content Creator – Short-Form Video & Growth Marketing

About the role

Wespice is seeking a Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes short‑form video. You will turn data‑driven insights into viral reels, TikTok clips, and YouTube Shorts that build brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research emerging trends and identify high‑potential content opportunities.
• Develop and execute content strategies for multiple client brands.
• Brainstorm, script, and craft compelling hooks for short‑form videos.
• Plan shoots, maintain content calendars, and film a variety of formats (UGC, talking‑head, behind‑the‑scenes, educational, lifestyle, etc.).
• Coordinate with videographers and editors, review edits, and provide creative feedback.
• Appear on‑camera for client campaigns and Wespice’s own brand content.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of what makes short‑form videos go viral.
• Strategic thinker who can translate insights into actionable content.
• Strong storytelling and script‑writing abilities.
• Comfortable presenting on camera and communicating with production teams.
• Owns an iPhone and can work in a hybrid office setup.
