Social Media & Content Creator

About the role

The Social Media and Content Creator will join Fleet’s marketing team in Beirut to produce and publish engaging social‑media content that showcases the company’s car marketplace, dealership inventory and interactive automotive features.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule posts, short‑form videos and stories for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Film, edit and publish at least one TikTok video daily, with additional Reels as needed.
• Write compelling captions and copy that maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Maintain a content calendar and monitor social‑media trends and algorithms.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and product launches.
• Analyse performance metrics and optimise content to drive audience growth, engagement and lead generation.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Strong graphic‑design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Experience with video‑editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Excellent copywriting abilities for social‑media captions and campaigns.
• Knowledge of current social‑media trends, algorithms and best practices.
• Ability to plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Passion for cars or the automotive industry is a plus.
• Ready to work full‑time in a hybrid setting in Beirut’s fast‑paced startup environment.
