Site Foreman – Construction & Maintenance

About the role

The Site Foreman will supervise on‑site personnel during construction, maintenance and operational projects at Daher Foods facilities. The role ensures that work is performed safely, on schedule, within budget and according to technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities, enforce project schedules and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers and contractors to implement construction or maintenance plans.
• Allocate tasks to site personnel based on expertise and monitor labor productivity.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, progress reports, material usage and inspection records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes and industry regulations through regular inspections and audits.
• Identify hazards, implement preventive measures and enforce safety protocols.
• Motivate and train site personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, construction or industrial maintenance.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations and industry standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks.
• Ability to interpret and implement 2D and 3D technical drawings.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and structural plans.
