Site Engineer / Project Coordinator

About the role

360 Solutions is seeking a motivated and reliable Site Engineer / Project Coordinator to oversee multiple construction, renovation, fit‑out and maintenance projects. You will act as the on‑site representative, ensuring work is delivered to scope, quality standards, schedule and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise works across several project sites and coordinate daily activities of workers, technicians, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor productivity, attendance and compliance with site instructions.
• Prepare daily and weekly work plans, track schedules and identify delays or material shortages.
• Communicate directly with clients, provide progress updates and address feedback.
• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries, verify compliance and conduct quality inspections.
• Maintain site records, progress photographs, manpower logs and delivery documentation.
• Prepare clear progress reports for management and support final handover.
• Ensure site safety and compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience in construction, renovation, fit‑out or maintenance.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and quality‑control procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent site supervision, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional, organized, detail‑oriented with good communication and client‑handling skills.
