Senior Tendering & Estimation Engineer (Beirut)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tendering & Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Beirut. In this pivotal position you will lead the preparation of competitive tenders and accurate cost estimates for major engineering and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed proposals for project tenders based on client specifications.
• Develop precise cost estimates covering labor, material, equipment and subcontractor quotations.
• Analyze pricing data to ensure realistic and competitive bids.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential cost overruns or schedule delays.
• Produce financial breakdowns, margin analyses and budget forecasts for senior management.
• Coordinate with legal, contracts, engineering, procurement and project management teams to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Develop HSE plans and arrange project insurance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in tendering, estimation and proposal management within engineering or construction.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Strong time‑management, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
