Senior Technical Project Manager

About the role

Toters is a fast‑growing on‑demand e‑commerce and delivery platform operating in the Middle East. We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our engineering team, work in an Agile environment, and drive large‑scale projects from conception to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including product managers, engineers, UX designers, marketing, finance, and legal.
• Translate product requirements into technical implementation steps and track progress using project management tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve roadblocks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Drive continuous improvement across teams and maintain operational excellence.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of project management experience in software development, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand product design and implementation details.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
