Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant

About the role

XEETEK is a Microsoft Solutions Partner with offices in Beirut and Dubai, building business systems on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure and Copilot/AI for clients in fintech, construction, trading and healthcare. Its Business Central practice is growing and is hiring Functional Consultants at several levels, from those starting their ERP career to experienced consultants ready to lead implementations. The role is based in Lebanon and requires travel when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Work on live client implementations across the full lifecycle: requirements and fit-gap analysis, configuration, data migration, testing, go-live and support.
• Work with client finance and operations teams and with AL developers, Power Platform consultants and data engineers.
• Run or support discovery workshops, document business processes and produce fit-gap analyses and functional design documents.
• Configure Business Central in Finance (GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, bank, multi-currency, dimensions), Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Warehouse.
• Design charts of accounts, dimensions, posting groups and reporting structures suited to each client's business and local regulations.
• Prepare and execute data migration using Excel templates, configuration packages and RapidStart.
• Write and run test scripts, lead or support UAT and train key users.
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides and training materials, and translate requirements into specifications for AL developers and Power BI / Power Automate colleagues.
• Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement; senior consultants also lead projects, prepare go-live cutover plans, mentor juniors and contribute to pre-sales demos, estimates and proposals.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience with Business Central or Dynamics NAV as consultant, support analyst, key user or accountant; 1 to 3 years of experience or 3+ years with at least two full-cycle implementations, and strong fresh graduates with internship or academic exposure are also encouraged.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, MIS or a related field.
• Solid accounting fundamentals and understanding of purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles; depth in BC Finance and Supply Chain, plus Manufacturing, Jobs/Projects or Service modules, is a plus for senior candidates.
• Good communication in English and Arabic, explaining clearly to non-technical users; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills, analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate or Dataverse integrations is a plus.
• MB-800 or MB-920 certification is a plus; sponsorship of a certification in the first year is offered.
