Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Events

About the role

Talent BluePrint is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high‑volume recruitment for events across the GCC. Based in Beirut, the role focuses on sourcing both freelance and permanent talent for large‑scale sporting, entertainment, exhibition and government projects. The successful candidate will manage multiple campaigns while ensuring a fast, high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned freelance and permanent positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Run high‑volume recruitment campaigns across multiple event projects while maintaining speed, accuracy and quality.
• Source, screen, interview and present candidates for a wide range of event functions, including operations, hospitality, logistics, production, technical & AV, security, HSE, marketing and brand activation.
• Build and nurture a strong network of freelancers across the GCC, ensuring availability and deployment readiness.
• Proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, RecruiterFlow, Juicebox, job boards, referrals and direct headhunting.
• Partner with internal recruitment managers, operations teams and hiring managers to understand project requirements and provide regular hiring updates.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, clear project briefings and transparent contract terms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment, preferably for event‑based or project‑based roles.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage several recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Based in Beirut or willing to work onsite.
