Senior Solutions Architect

About the role

As a Senior Solutions Architect you will turn envisioned solutions into reality, bridging client needs with technical delivery. You will work closely with customers, partners and internal engineering teams, leading design, implementation and production support for scalable web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical workshops, pre‑sales activities and board‑level presentations to capture requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed architecture designs that meet security, performance, scalability and reliability goals.
• Provide hands‑on guidance to development teams, creating architecture assets, blueprints and solution accelerators.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps to shape the end‑to‑end SDLC and ensure non‑functional requirements are met.
• Own production performance, lead incident resolution and drive continuous improvement of delivery practices.
• Travel to client sites for inception phases, training sessions and workshops.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing enterprise‑scale solutions using integration patterns and frameworks.
• Strong background in Service‑Oriented Architecture, Micro‑services and full‑stack development.
• Hands‑on expertise with Java, JavaScript frameworks, MVC patterns and REST/OpenAPI.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team leadership.
