Senior Software Engineer – Remote (Oracle PL/SQL)

About the role

EXUS is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join its Project Engineering Team remotely. You will work on the EXUS Financial Suite, a market‑leading collection software used by risk professionals in more than 50 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Delivery and Customer Success teams to implement and enhance product features.
• Participate in analysis, design, implementation, and code review of development modules.
• Deliver technical tasks required for project delivery and ensure timely releases.
• Work closely with customers to define optimal technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• Review, debug, and optimise code, focusing on performance and reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in ICT or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience developing enterprise solutions on Oracle Database.
• Customer‑focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and French.
• Team player who consistently meets deadlines and delivers on promises.

Required skills

• Advanced PL/SQL (packages, procedures, functions, triggers, performance tuning).
• Oracle Database development.
• Familiarity with server‑side languages such as .Net and Java.
• Basic understanding of ETL principles.
