Senior Software Developer

About the role

The Senior Software Developer will create, document, and maintain high‑quality software solutions that meet business and customer needs. This role involves working with SABIS® products and ensuring compliance with coding standards and development methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Understand, analyze, and validate business specifications to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Develop software using selected languages for SABIS® products, adhering to coding standards and release processes.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems encountered during development.
• Document program development and code to facilitate future amendments.
• Design and maintain database objects such as tables, stored procedures, and functions.
• Review code of junior and intermediate developers and provide guidance.
• Identify risks during analysis and development and implement mitigation actions.
• Write comprehensive documentation and recommend improvements to existing software.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Computing, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficient in English.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Professional behavior, ethical conduct, and accountability.
• Strong technical problem‑solving and communication skills.
