Senior Software Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with 4–6 years of professional Python experience and a strong background in Machine Learning. The role focuses on building scalable, data‑driven applications and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Python applications and scripts.
• Design, implement, and integrate Machine Learning models into production systems.
• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis to support ML initiatives.
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of professional Python development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit‑learn.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object‑oriented programming.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and version‑control systems.
• Experience with data manipulation libraries (NumPy, Pandas).
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines.
