Senior Social Media Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Content Creator to join our branding agency and lead the creation of engaging content across multiple platforms. Based in Beirut with a hybrid work model, you will shape the visual and written voice of our clients while collaborating closely with designers and account managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain social media content calendars aligned with brand strategies.
• Write compelling copy and produce visual or video assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Publish posts daily, monitor performance, and adjust tactics based on analytics.
• Manage community interactions, respond to comments, and foster audience engagement.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social trends and propose innovative content ideas.
• Participate in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and occasional on‑site content shoots.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media strategy, content planning, and calendar management within a branding or digital‑marketing agency.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for design creation.
• Experience using mobile video editing apps to produce short‑form video content.
• Ability to work with social media analytics tools to track performance and generate insights.
