Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager to lead construction and real‑estate development projects for Jaber Group Real Estate in Beirut. The role combines site supervision with overall project management to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and deliver construction projects, managing schedules, budgets and resources.
• Review drawings, BOQs, technical documents and contracts, and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Supervise daily site activities, conduct inspections, and enforce quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Control project costs, review invoices, variations and payment certificates, and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Serve as primary liaison with stakeholders, provide progress updates to senior management and facilitate project meetings.
• Support procurement, tender evaluation and contractor selection processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in construction project management and site supervision.
• Proven track record managing residential, commercial or mixed‑use development projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration and local regulations.
