Senior Salesforce Consultant – Team Leader

About the role

Softsales Consulting is looking for a senior Salesforce Consultant to lead complex implementations and mentor a team of consultants. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, driving digital transformation initiatives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic advisor to clients, leading high‑level discussions to define requirements and recommend optimal Salesforce solutions.
• Lead and manage end‑to‑end Salesforce implementations and integrations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.
• Provide senior‑level technical guidance, oversee solution architecture, and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, designers, and business stakeholders to achieve cohesive project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
• Extensive experience in Salesforce consultancy and project management, including leading full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform (configuration, development, architecture).
• Agile methodologies.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or similar.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
