About the role
LifeBridge, a project of Fidelity Insurance, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to build and lead a high‑performing insurance sales team in Lebanon. This leadership position offers a fast‑track path to operating your own agency within 18‑24 months.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, hire and develop a team of Agents and Unit Managers.
- Train, mentor and continuously improve team performance.
- Drive production, generate sales momentum and achieve growth targets.
- Lead by example, setting standards and motivating the team.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience in insurance or financial services sales.
- Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
- Ambitious, competitive and results‑driven mindset.
- Willingness to establish and grow a new agency.
