Senior Sales Executive – Education Solutions

About the role

bilArabi is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to expand its Arabic language curriculum across schools in Lebanon. You will leverage an established network of school contacts to introduce and secure adoption of our innovative learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities with K‑12 schools throughout Lebanon.
• Use existing relationships to arrange meetings with principals, academic leaders, and Arabic department heads.
• Present bilArabi’s curriculum components and demonstrate value to prospective schools.
• Represent the company at events, conferences, and other lead‑generation activities.
• Own the sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing, maintaining a robust pipeline.
• Lead commercial negotiations within company guidelines and provide accurate forecasts to senior management.
• Collaborate with product specialists and presales teams to ensure proposal quality and pipeline visibility.

Required profile

• Established network and strong relationships with K‑12 schools in Lebanon; connections in UAE/KSA are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management with a proven record of meeting targets.
• Experience in the education sector, preferably with Arabic language programs or ed‑tech solutions.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Lebanon and potentially the GCC for school visits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
