Senior Sales Associate – Fashion Retail

About the role

Depechemode Group is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to join its flagship store in Beirut. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering personalized fashion experiences while driving store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide personalized shopping advice.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure the store is appealing.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Mentor, coach, and motivate junior staff members.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions efficiently.

Required profile

• Proven retail or sales experience with a record of meeting targets.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for fashion and up‑to‑date knowledge of current trends.
• Excellent organizational and inventory management skills.
• Leadership capability to coach junior team members.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in English; fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Retail software (POS) – experience preferred.
