Senior Property Consultant

About the role

CCMI Group’s Real Estate Division is looking for a Senior Property Consultant to join its headquarters in Saifi, Beirut. The role focuses on driving sales of residential, commercial and investment properties while leveraging the company’s proprietary tools and marketing support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify client leads provided through the company’s CRM system.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms and close sales transactions.
• Maintain and expand relationships with buyers, sellers and investors.
• Collaborate with the in‑house media agency to promote listings across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Provide market insights and pricing recommendations based on Lebanese real‑estate trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months of experience in the Lebanese real‑estate market.
• Proven track record of successfully closing property deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client‑relationship skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for sales management.
