Senior Project Manager – Institutional Website (Lebanon)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the design, development, and launch of a new official institutional website for a Lebanese client. The six‑month assignment focuses on an Arabic‑first, multilingual site that includes an AI‑powered chatbot, data migration, hosting setup, user training, and ongoing maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with the client and end‑user stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and contingency strategies.
• Coordinate multiple work streams simultaneously, meeting agreed timelines and milestones.
• Apply recognised project‑management methodologies and produce weekly and monthly status reports covering progress, risks, issues, performance metrics and analytics.
• Oversee quality assurance for all deliverables and manage third‑party providers.
• Document completion of each deliverable, obtain client sign‑off, and promptly escalate any delays or risks.
• Maintain confidentiality of data and ensure transparent communication throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience managing IT and digital‑transformation projects, preferably with public institutions or international organisations.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Available for the full six‑month period and able to attend in‑person meetings in Lebanon.
