Senior Performance & Planning Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Performance & Planning Executive to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated digital media campaigns for our clients. The role blends strategic media planning with hands‑on performance marketing to drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑funnel digital media strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs, covering awareness to retention.
• Build and present integrated media plans, forecasts, and budget allocations across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and programmatic platforms.
• Set up, manage, and continuously optimise campaigns, handling trafficking, targeting, bidding, pacing and quality assurance.
• Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, reach, frequency) and implement timely optimisation actions.
• Conduct audience, market, competitor research and testing of creatives, placements and landing pages.
• Prepare regular performance reports, translate data into actionable insights and recommend budget reallocations.
• Collaborate with creative, technical, finance and account teams to ensure assets, tracking and requirements are ready before launch.
• Support junior team members, contribute to new‑business pitches and maintain accurate campaign documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Media or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital media planning and performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proven track record of managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Snapchat, DV360, SA360 or other programmatic platforms.
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio and platform dashboards.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to translate data into clear insights.
