Senior Paid Social Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Paid Social Executive to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X. The role combines data‑driven analysis, creative testing and client‑facing communication to deliver measurable results for our advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X.
• Develop audience segmentation, creative variations and bidding strategies to meet KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, engagement and reach.
• Monitor daily performance, identify optimisation opportunities and implement improvements.
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Paid Search, Programmatic and Analytics teams to create cross‑channel solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform innovations, new ad formats and algorithm changes, testing new features when relevant.
• Support client calls, quarterly reviews and strategic discussions.
• Mentor junior paid social executives to ensure quality and consistency.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on paid social campaign management, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong client‑facing experience with confident communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Proactive mindset with curiosity for creative testing, data analysis and emerging trends.
