Senior Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant – Finance

About the role

SWORDSWORD Group is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to lead finance‑focused implementations in Beirut. The role combines deep functional expertise with project coordination, decision‑making authority, and on‑site collaboration with European stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud finance modules.
• Prioritize and balance multiple initiatives based on budget, urgency, and business value.
• Coordinate parallel projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and roadmap planning.
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and produce functional specifications, test scripts, SOPs and user guides.
• Mentor and oversee functional consultants to guarantee quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with integration and database teams on OIC, ATP, and data migration activities.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support, incident triage, root‑cause analysis and resolution using JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.
• Manage CRP, UAT cycles, training sessions and post‑go‑live support.
• Travel to Europe (up to one week per month) for onsite workshops and stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience as an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in project direction, cross‑team coordination and functional governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to make prioritization decisions and manage resources under budget constraints.
