Senior Media Planner Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Media Planner Executive to develop and execute cross‑channel media plans for key clients. The role requires strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a solid grasp of media fundamentals. You will collaborate closely with managers and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality plans and ensure campaign performance meets standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating multi‑channel media plans aligned with client objectives and audience insights.
• Conduct market, competitive and audience research using tools such as TGI, GWI, and SimilarWeb.
• Support day‑to‑day planning tasks including budget management, channel allocation, timelines and documentation.
• Collaborate with performance, social, search and creative teams for integrated planning.
• Monitor live campaigns to ensure pacing accuracy and KPI alignment.
• Prepare reports, post‑campaign analyses and actionable insights for internal and client presentations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of media trends, platform opportunities and industry developments.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to provide accurate, timely information and support junior executives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in media planning, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of media fundamentals, channel roles and planning frameworks.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with media research tools such as TGI, GWI, SimilarWeb, Nielsen and platform insights dashboards.
• Solid analytical skills for interpreting data and developing actionable recommendations.
