Senior Manager, Business Solutions

About the role

The Senior Manager, Business Solutions will lead operational and client‑facing activities for TA Scan and OpenTA, Anju Software’s clinical‑trial intelligence platforms. This role sits at the intersection of data operations, quality assurance, client success and business development support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day platform operations including data quality assurance, compliance workflows and platform maintenance.
• Coordinate with DevOps, engineering and product teams to resolve operational issues and prioritize requests.
• Manage and mentor a small team, overseeing QA across all environments and reviewing automated test results.
• Maintain operational documentation and platform manuals.
• Own the full client lifecycle: technical set‑up, onboarding, training, business reviews and support ticket resolution.
• Monitor account health, identify risks and drive renewal opportunities.
• Support sales with demos, RFP responses, prospect analyses and conference engagements.
• Collaborate with marketing and product on messaging, positioning and sales enablement materials.

Required profile

• Highly effective at managing multiple workstreams independently.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid data literacy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for technical documentation, client demos and cross‑functional interaction.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a small team.
• Client‑facing experience with pharma or life‑science stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in an AI‑first environment and leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
