Senior Lead Full-Stack Developer

About the role

B-Prime builds a digital ordering platform that connects local food service venues with suppliers, offering streamlined customer onboarding and automated logistics. It is looking for an experienced, autonomous Senior Lead Full-Stack Developer to take technical ownership of its digital core, an active web application built on Next.js, TypeScript, React, Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Vercel. The role covers the full software development lifecycle, from technical design and architecture through development, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the platform's architecture, technical direction, code quality and scalability
• Lead the development of new features and enhancements with Next.js, TypeScript, React, Supabase and PostgreSQL
• Ensure platform reliability, troubleshoot complex issues and optimise application and database performance
• Manage database operations, external integrations and automation of daily business processes
• Work with leadership to turn business needs into technical solutions and deliver product improvements
• Mentor developers where applicable and use AI-assisted tools to improve development efficiency

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead technical projects, make architectural decisions and ensure code quality and scalability
• Experience building, maintaining and optimising production web applications, APIs and database systems
• Knowledge of SQL, system integrations and workflow automation
• Experience using tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot to boost development efficiency
• Proactive, autonomous and adaptable, comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment
