Senior Kitchen Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Kitchen Sales Specialist to lead the growth of our kitchen business across both showroom retail and project segments. In this role you will combine sales expertise with technical knowledge to deliver tailored kitchen solutions that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage kitchen sales in the showroom and on project sites.
• Provide expert consultation, understand client needs and propose customized kitchen designs.
• Handle technical sales aspects such as layouts, material selection and specifications.
• Prepare and present design proposals aligned with client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up on leads, close deals and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the client journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience in kitchen sales, design or a closely related role.
• Strong technical knowledge of kitchen layouts, materials and specifications.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
