Senior Full-Stack Developer

About the role

Systeminence is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to own end-to-end software development while leading a growing technical team. The role combines hands-on coding with architectural design and project leadership across web, API and integration layers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage the software development team.
• Design scalable, secure and maintainable software architectures.
• Develop and maintain web applications, REST APIs and system integrations.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable development plans.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress and support team members.
• Coordinate with project management, QA, computer-vision and other technical teams.
• Use JIRA for sprint planning, task tracking and project management.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
• Participate in technical discussions with clients and technology partners.
• Ensure delivery meets scope, quality and timeline expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience.
• Proven experience leading or managing a development team.
• Strong knowledge of backend development, REST APIs, databases and system integrations.
• Experience with modern frontend JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns and secure coding practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
