Senior Executive - Content Syndication

About the role

Omnicom Media Group MENA (OMG MENA) is looking for a Senior Executive for its Content Syndication team. You will support the development and delivery of data-driven content syndication and B2B lead-generation campaigns across international markets, working closely with clients, publishers and internal teams. The role covers the full campaign lifecycle, from planning and execution to performance analysis and optimisation, and involves coordinating multiple stakeholders and supporting junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage content syndication and B2B lead-generation strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
• Manage campaigns end to end: planning, activation, performance monitoring, optimisation and reporting.
• Support media planning discussions with clients, giving data-led recommendations on budgets, publishers, targeting and campaign approach.
• Build relationships with global publishers and vendors and develop content partnerships that support campaign performance.
• Manage media budgets and campaign delivery accurately and efficiently.
• Analyse campaign performance and market trends to find optimisation opportunities and new media solutions.
• Review and improve media-buying processes to increase efficiency and support the growth of the Content Syndication offering.
• Share knowledge, deliver training and guide offshore or junior colleagues.

Required profile

• Experience in paid media, content syndication, B2B demand generation or lead-generation campaign management.
• Strong understanding of the B2B technology customer journey and how digital channels fit into the wider media mix.
• Experience managing publisher and vendor relationships and evaluating their offerings.
• Numerical and commercial skills, including budget management and supporting negotiations.
• Ability to handle several campaigns, stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
