Mobile Content Creator

About the role

Dekmak, a full-service digital marketing agency in Dbayeh, Lebanon, is hiring a full-time Mobile Content Creator. The role turns briefs into short-form video filmed and edited on a phone, with strong lighting, framing, sound and pacing, for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. It suits someone who is comfortable on set with clients and behind the edit.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot and edit reels, short-form video and photos on a phone, and deliver edits within 5 to 7 days of a brief confirmed in ClickUp.
• Attend client shoot days, direct the shoot, set up scenes, guide talent and clients and represent the agency professionally.
• Develop creative concepts that drive awareness, virality and a clear call to action.
• Write hooks, scripts and shot lists, and adapt top performers into ad creative with the paid media team.
• Track what works on Reels and TikTok in Arabic and English and share new formats and references monthly.
• Work with account managers, the marketing and performance teams and give feedback within the 48-hour cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating and editing short-form video on a phone, with a portfolio of reels or TikToks showing real results.
• Understanding of what makes content go viral and what makes it sell.
• Fluent Arabic and English, with a feel for Lebanese culture, humour and trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Multimedia Production, Digital Media or a related field.
• Nice to have: experience with food, travel, retail or hospitality brands; basic knowledge of Meta ads; own phone gear such as a gimbal, lights, microphone and tripod; photography skills for statics and carousels.

Required skills

• Editing in CapCut, InShot or similar, plus basic grading, captions, sound and motion.
• Confidence directing and working with clients and talent.
• Strategic thinking and ability to explain why an idea works for a goal.

Working details: full-time, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 17.00pm (42.5 hours a week), reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, tools ClickUp and Meta Business Suite, salary to be confirmed.
