Senior Ecommerce Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Lead

About the role

We are launching Weebe, a Lebanon‑based app‑first digital mall, and need a senior media buyer to design and execute the paid acquisition strategy across the full funnel. You will own the performance marketing function, driving awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention for both the app and web platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch paid media strategies for soft and full launch phases.
• Structure and manage campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.
• Drive app installs, high‑quality traffic, first orders, and retargeting flows.
• Guide creative production for ads, reels, carousels, UGC, and influencer content.
• Build campaigns around trust, cashback, loyalty, convenience, returns, delivery, and vendor credibility.
• Localize campaigns for Lebanese seasonal retail moments and gifting periods.
• Optimize performance based on funnel stage rather than spend alone.

Required profile

• Strong experience in ecommerce performance marketing, preferably in Lebanon or the broader MENA region.
• Proven track record launching ecommerce or marketplace brands, especially app‑first businesses.
• Ability to think strategically across the entire funnel, not just lead generation.
• Experience collaborating closely with creative teams and testing hooks, offers, and trust angles.
