About the role
Spinneys is seeking a Senior Designer to lead interior architectural projects across its retail locations in Lebanon. The role combines creative design, supplier coordination and construction administration to deliver high‑quality store environments.
Key responsibilities
- Produce detailed layout plans using AutoCAD.
- Conduct site visits and support construction supervision.
- Prepare construction drawings and specifications for bills of quantities and tender packages.
- Coordinate supplier invoicing in partnership with the Finance department.
- Manage maintenance and development requests, ensuring proper implementation with maintenance teams.
- Research and apply best practices in architectural design.
- Lead design projects from concept through to completion.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of experience in interior architecture or a related design field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a comparable discipline.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
