About the role
L&V is seeking a Senior Design Architect to join its Muscat branch. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality architectural concepts and overseeing project execution in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of conceptual designs for assigned projects.
- Oversee project delivery to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional architectural experience; GCC exposure is advantageous.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in conceptual design and project delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high‑paced, deadline‑oriented work environment.
Required skills
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- SketchUp
- BIM (proficiency is a plus)
